I went for the sound bath with Jason at YOU massage. The first time I went was for a free 30 mins session, which got me hooked! I enjoyed the whole process of having Tibetan bowls, then crystal bowls bath, topping it up with a shamanic journey. It really helped loosen me up physically and emotionally. That's why I booked the full one-hour session, which is fairly priced and well worth. Will definitely go again and recommend it!

I had the most amazing back massage with Becki, the best I've had in a long time. She was very knowledgeable and has good strong hands! My mum had an Indian head massage with Nikki and absolutely loved it. Said she was lovely with her and she'll definitely be booking again. Highly recommend.

Wow!!! that was the first impression when I visited this place for the first time a couple of months ago , I had a deep tissue massage with Dessy And I really had massive relief on my twisted body . There are no words to describe my experience . The service from Dessy ?exceptional She's literally unlock my twisted body. The space was really warm welcoming and cozy.i will definitely recommended to others and I will return. Thank you You massage and Dessy

Had an Indian Head Massage with Mandy. 1st time at YOU Massage Therapy, Amazing experience! Do not let the location put you off, was a bit unsure of what I was getting into as Bedford Place is a bit rough and ready with students. Took a chance as I was in desperate need of a bit of TLC. As soon as you walk in, it was a warm welcome with beautiful smells and clean! Mandy is a lovely therapist who puts you at ease from the beginning, talking you through the process and providing the best experience possible. Recommend the Indian head massage, I have come away feeling completely relaxed, stressed free and well cared for by Mandy. Very professional, thank you so much Mandy.
